The orangutans raised at Myrtle Beach Safari in South Carolina spend lots of time with their human caregivers, and sometimes they look after and nurture the tiger cubs born at the Preserve.
The orangutans often are genuinely interested in the cubs and want to help with their feeding and cuddling. Just like the one in the video below. He really wanted to give it a try and he does a great job too!
Now, the loving orangutan spends almost every day caring for the cubs, bottle feeding them and playing with them.
