Elephants really do never forget. In this delightful video, Darrick who works for Elephant Nature Park/Save The Elephant is happily greeted by a herd of elephants that run over to greet him. Darrick has been away from the Kham Lha herd for 14 months. He had been staying in Cambodia for work on the important Elephant Kavann Project.
The six large elephants hear him calling to them from down the stream and trumpet hello in return. Watch as they run over to reunite with their friend. Hearing their happy rumbles and watching them surround him warmed our hearts.
