Sophie, an adorable 14-year-old Dachshund, may not be the fastest runner in the 2022 Doxie Derby but she’s definitely a fan favorite. The dog race is hosted by the University of California Davis’ School of Veterinary Medicine and everyone at the event has fun including the dogs!
Sophie is going “full speed ahead” even though she’s way behind the rest of the pack. But the crowd is cheering her all the way to the finish line and when she crosses it they go wild.
