6 eggs (separated)
1/3 Cup of Caster Sugar (Super Fine White Sugar)
1/2 teaspoon of Nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
3 cups of milk (hot)
1 cup of cream
1 cup of Brandy or your favorite liqueur (optional for adults)
Extra nutmeg (for dusting)
This recipe will serve 6 to 8.
It will take around 15 minutes to make and probably faster to drink!
