This video is a heartwarming reminder of what everyone in the military leaves behind when they serve overseas. A U.S. Army Blackhawk pilot’s young daughter had not seen him in 6 months and wasn’t sure what was going to happen when she and her mom went to the airport.
Her mom described the homecoming in the video’s description: “My daughter is about two in this video. She was the happiest little girl in the world to see her daddy, Randy, out of Ft. Lewis, Washington. It had been 6 months since she had last seen him in this video. He was only home for two weeks, but it was well worth having him home for a little bit!!”
