Although baby Harper has seen rain from the window before, this is the first time she played in the warm summer rain with her daddy and wait until you see her reaction…it’s absolutely precious!

Harper is such a curious youngster and loves new experiences. The last time she had a lifetime “first” was when she had her first crawl with her dog, and that video went viral with more than 13 million views.
Her parents obviously love their daughter dearly and write that “she, and the family she makes us, is truly our dream come true.”
