When Mimi’s husband cut away a dead tree in their front yard, Mimi wanted to do something about the ugly stump that remained. “I always have a project I want to try,” Mimi says in the video. “Plus, I’m known for making simple tasks complex.”
Since the stump would be visible to anyone in the street, she came up with the idea to turn it into a Gnome Tree Stump House. As she walks through her DIY project in the video below, you’ll see how her old stump has become “quite the conversation piece” with the neighbors!
