When Hope For Paws received the call about a stray Pit Bull in urgent need of rescue they rushed to her location. The dog was bleeding from a mammary mass that had gone untreated and she was hiding under a car.
Leesa looked defeated and scared when Eldad Hagar arrived to help her. But as soon as she knew he wasn’t there to hurt her, she gives him a longing, loving glance and a kiss. It seems that all she wanted was a gentle touch.
Leesa is being fostered by Much Love Rescue, who is giving her much needed love and nursing her back to health. It’s amazing to see her now!
