The Michigan Humane Society received a call about a puppy who was tossed out with an old couch and abandoned when his family moved away. It was raining and a really cold day when the MHS rescue driver arrived at the home. He found the puppy (later named Camarin) huddled in between the trash cans. But he was also surprised to find a little kitten there as well!
The two must have been keeping each other warm in the cold. Camarin and Tomas were taken back to the shelter and treated and very loving towards each other the entire time they were together. Camarin was adopted shortly after, while Tomas continued to recover from an upper respiratory infection in a foster home.
