A dog who fell into an icy pond was desperately trying to get out of the water, but the slippery ice made it too hard. Onlookers in Gagarin Park in the town of Simferopol, Crimea, were at a loss to how to help the dog until a man took off his clothes and jumped into the cold water of the pond to save the dog.
The heroic stranger braved temperatures of -5C (23F) on the day of his rescue. No doubt the dog’s owner was relieved and grateful for this man’s actions!
