Omelettes are a great breakfast dish, with their combination of cheese, meat and other ingredients. Sometimes, though, I wish they were smaller and faster to make. That’s where this clever recipe from The One Pot Chef comes in. He demonstrates how to bake mini omelettes in a muffin tin.
Cook the ingredients you want (such as the ham, sausage, bacon and onion) in a frying pan. Then fill the muffin tin with your ingredients. Next mix your eggs and pour them over top. They’re ready to go in the oven!
Not only are they simple to make, these tasty treats can be eaten right away or frozen for later.
