How To Make Homemade Ice Cream With Only Two Ingredients And No Machine

Want an easy cold treat for the summer? How about homemade ice cream that you can make with just 2 ingredients and you don’t need an ice cream maker? I’m in! This recipe calls for only two things:

14 ounces (1 can/ 400ml) of cold sweetened condensed milk (fat-free or regular)
2 cups (16oz/450 ml ) of cold whipping cream
Assorted flavor ingredients (of your choice)

You’ll also need a stand mixer or a hand mixer to stir the ingredients together.

First add the whipping cream to your mixer and whip at medium speed until stiff peaks form. Then pour in the condensed milk and mix in at medium speed until it becomes thicker. Done! This is your ice cream base.

Now, you add a bunch of ingredients you like to make different flavors!

Once your done mixing in your desired flavor put the mixture in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight before eating! And that’s it – homemade ice cream without the ice or ice cream maker!
