Babies have an almost instant recognition of one another, they simply know they are alike in age and experience. In fact, scientific studies have shown that infants recognize each other’s emotions by five months of age, and they also have been found to understand the moods of other animals.
So it comes as no surprise that this little girl and fawn seem to recognize one another as babies even though they are different species. Watch as the little girl approaches the baby deer and the two youngsters share a magical moment together.
