Kirby the dog gets an unexpected playmate when a fox living in the neighborhood comes by for a visit. Kirby’s guardians suspect the fox might think Kirby’s a fox as he kind of looks like one.
“This fox lives near our house and has interacted with our dog quite a bit, but this was definitely the craziest encounter we have seen between them. We now regularly hear that crazy bird-like scream the fox makes…” Ki Steiner says.
Note: Usually a vixen’s cry is a mating call and a marking out of territory. Watch out Kirby, you might have a love interest! 🙂
