Michelle, who goes by the name “Nibbles” on her YouTube channel, regularly shares tutorials on everything from makeup to body piercings. But she recently took a different tack with this demo on how to cover up a tattoo using makeup products bought from the drugstore. She explains at the start of the video that sometimes people have to cover up their tattoos for whatever reason, be it for the workplace or special occasion.
She takes the viewer through the step-by-step process of applying layers of foundation, eyeshadow and concealer. She also uses hairspray to set the layers so they don’t smudge.
There are also makeup products marketed exclusively for concealing tattoos, but this technique may be less expensive.
