Brother Breaks Down In Tears Explaining How Much His Sister With Rare Disorder Means To Him

It will be hard not to get choked up when you watch this video about Lindsay Cochran and her big brother Trenton.

Lindsay was born with Spinal Muscular Atrophy, a rare disorder that has left her wheelchair-bound. Although this prevents her from doing many of the activities other children her age do, it doesn’t stop her from participating fully in life. One person who helps others recognize she’s a “normal person” and supports her in every way, is Trenton.

“It’s easier for me to go through life with a brother like Trenton,” says Lindsay Cochran in this touching interview done for K-LOVE Fan Awards after receiving the Unsung Hero Award.

“She’s my best friend,” says Trenton choking back the tears. “I’d do anything for her.”

It’s a wonderful moment of sibling love, although it looks like Lindsay is a bit confused by her brother’s display of emotion.

Watch their heartwarming story as they share what each means to the other.
