Elvira the Bracco Italiano may not have been the fastest dog on the agility course but she quickly became a fan favorite at this year’s Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show for her unique style.
There was the way she causally walked up the teeter totters. And chose a different route around a jump. Then there was the way she sniffed every weave pole on her way through. That last move clearly won over the audience, earning her a rousing applause.
It should be noted that Elvira is the first dog of her breed to be a champion at the agility course in other competitions so no matter how she does in the overall standings at the WKC, she earned her place and brought a great deal of fun to the competition!
