The Moser’s 8-year-old daughter kept complaining that her toys were being stolen during the night, and she told them she suspected her 2-year-old brother, Kyle, was the culprit.
Her parents told her to lock her door and that would stop him. But a few nights later their daughter told them the thief was still at it.
