Super Simple Banana Pancakes Make A Delicious Breakfast

If you are looking for a pancake recipe to cook up in a jiffy then this one is it! All you will need is just two ingredients: 1 ripe banana and 2 whole eggs and that’s it! No sugars, no flour, no milk and 100% natural.

Chop up the banana and mash and mix it with two eggs blending everything together. Then spray a pan with coconut oil or with some PAM or EVO and heat it to a low or medium heat. Scoop up the “batter”, let fry for 20 to 30 seconds and then flip. That’s it, it’s so simple!
