It seems some of the best impromptu musical performances I’ve been hearing lately happen in guitar shops, or even in Walmart, when musicians pick up a guitar and start playing. In this video, 81-year-old Bob Wood walked into British Audio Service guitar shop in Nashville and took one of the guitars off the shelf to give it a spin. And what a spin!
The video was shot last year, and has become a viral sensation. It turns out Bob is not stranger to music. He was a regular performer at Jamboree USA in Wheeling, West Virginia and has released several albums throughout his career. He was inducted into the Southern Legends Country Music Hall of Fame in 2007.
It seems Bob’s fingers are still pretty nimble on the guitar strings!
