As anyone who has taken care of puppies knows, they need around-the-clock care. When these 10 puppies lost their mother before they were weaned, they desperately needed to be nursed if they were going to have a chance of surviving.
Doggie Protective Services (DPS) became their surrogate caregivers, making sure the puppies were fed, cleaned and got plenty of sleep in order to grow up healthy and happy.
Gum Drop, Jelly Belly, Twizzler, Life Savers, Gummy Bear, Skittles, Sweet Tart, Jolly Rancher, Sour Patch, and Starburst got plenty of love, and within a few months, they were old enough to go home with their forever families!
