When Wes Metcalfe found a worm in his cucumber, he wrote to the local Tesco store in Dinnington, England where he had bought it to complain.
He did it in a polite and humorous way and his Facebook post was read by a Tesco customer service rep named Rob.

Their letters started to get a lot of attention and a lot of “likes”.
So many in fact, that the exchange between Wes and Rob has been liked more than 90,000 times on Tesco’s Facebook page. After reading the post, many people began calling for Rob to get a promotion!
