I love Oreo cookies. I also love cheesecake. So when I saw this video on how to combine the two into an Oreo no-bake cheesecake, I was immediately in dessert heaven. Oreo vanilla cookies, cream cheese, and whipping cream are combined to make a simple and delicious dessert.
Dave, from CookNShare starts by crushing 8 oreo cookies in a bowl. He then adds 2 tbsp of milk and butter and whips them together. That makes the base of the cake. Next whip 250 ml of chilled whipping cream. In a separate bowl mix 100 grams of cream cheese, 3 tbsp of confectioner’s sugar (icing sugar) and 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract mix. Then combine the two bowls together to make the creamy mixture.
It looks pretty simple to make! And like Dave says in the video, who doesn’t like Oreo cookies?
