Hope For Paws received an urgent call about a homeless dog whose mouth was burnt with acid.
She was scraggly and when they saw her they realized she was in much worse shape than they initially expected.
Alice was kept in emergency hospital for a week and treated for chemical burns, corneal ulcers, anemia, heart murmur and when she was stronger, Loreta took Alice home so she could closely monitor her and continue treating her.
She is the sweetest little girl and two months later, Alice was adopted by a very special family.
