When 12-year old Beau Dermott told the judges of Britain’s Got Talent she was going to sing “Defying Gravity” from the popular musical Wicked, they wished her luck on the difficult song. Throughout her performance, the entire audience were enraptured as the young girl blew everyone away with her powerful voice and impressive skills. Unlike many singers her age, or of any age for that matter, she didn’t just stand and sing. She acted the part too with plenty of emotion and facial expressions.
By the end, the audience and judges were on their feet – including Simon Cowell. You can read on her face the excitement and shock when she received the coveted Golden Buzzer from one of the judges!
