How To Make Peanut Butter Fudge In The Freezer

Fudge is one of my favorite treats and I always love discovering new recipes to make. This one is peanut-butter flavored and dead simple to make! All you’ll need is one pot!

Ingredients:
2 (400g) cans of sweetened condensed milk
100 grams salted butter
1 cup whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cups peanut butter (creamy or crunchy depending on texture preference)

Directions:
Add ingredients to sauce pan and stir over medium heat for 15 minutes (or until mixture is thick). Pour into greased pan lined with baking paper and allow to cool to room temperature. Freeze until firm.

The fudge is great as a stand alone treat or chopped up and mixed into ice cream!
