Man Dressed as Frozen’s Elsa Single-handedly Frees Police Wagon Stuck In Snow

When a police wagon got stuck in the snow it was Disney’s Elsa to the rescue!

A snowstorm that hit New England left some streets nearly impassable. One unlucky commuter was a police wagon, that got stuck in a snow bank in the South End of Boston.

That is until Elsa – the heroine from Disney’s Frozen – came along.

According to People.com, Elsa was actually attorney Jason Triplett dressed as the character. He had bought the costume for Halloween, but thought it might be funny to wear it out with friends on a snowy day. With over 16 inches of snow blanketing the city, it was the perfect opportunity to let it show.

But when a police wagon got stuck outside the Gallows gastropub where Triplett and his friends were hanging out, the Disney heroine in him came out and he ventured into the storm to help out.

“Elsa” singlehandedly pushed the police wagon out of the snow while several bystanders caught the heroic act on camera.

Patrons inside the pub noticed what was going on and whipped out their cameras.

“A drag queen dressed as Elsa just single-handedly freed a stuck police wagon from a blizzard in the middle of March. If that sentence doesn’t perfectly encapsulate the spirit of Boston, I don’t know what does,” tweeted Sarah McGonagall.

Jordi Muller was enjoying a meal inside when she filmed “Elsa” in action.

Triplett told BuzzFeed he didn’t care that nobody else came to help him and was happy that “people were really getting a kick out of it.”

Many have applauded Triplett’s true grit and the videos of his kind act has since gone viral amassing more than 1.5 million views, with people hailing “Elsa” as a true queen.
