How To Make Raisin Bread That Looks Like A Watermelon

If you are looking for making a loaf of bread for a special occasion that will wow everyone that slices into it, then this bread recipe is the one to try!

Yoyomax12 shows how to make a raisin bread that looks like a watermelon when sliced!

For the recipe you’ll need:
3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour
2 1/2 tbsp (14g) white granulated sugar
1 cup (250ml) milk
1 egg yolk
3/4 tsp (about 3g) salt
1 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter (21g), softened
2 1/4 tsp instant active dry yeast (1 envelope or 8g)
3/4 cup (120g) raisins
Red or pink food coloring

Yoyomax12 says she made two mistakes in the narration, so here are two important things to note: 1) Bake at 375F (190C) not at 350F that she says in the video. Also the bake time is about 20-25 minutes, not the 15 minutes she mentions. With these adjustments your loaf should come out great!
