Sam Tageson has a life-threatening heart condition. He was born with only two heart chambers, instead of four, and he is in serious need of a heart transplant. That’s what makes what happened this week extra special.
Together with the Make a Wish Foundation, the the San Jose Sharks made Sam’s one wish come true. His reaction is absolutely heart melting.
