At 94 years old, Shirley Batchelder has crossed a lot of items off her bucket list. But she had one last thing remaining on her list that wanted to get done.
“I said there is one thing,” Shirley Batchelder told WSMV-TV. “I want to put an ad on television.” She wanted to share a few words of wisdom – three to be exact – with a wide audience. The message? “Love one another,” she said. “Love one another.”
Shirley said it’s up for the audience to choose how to act on her message, but she felt it was an important message she wanted to spread.
