I love all the fresh berries that come with summer and strawberries are some of my favorites because they go with so many things. In this recipe, big slices of strawberries are combined with other ingredients to make this slightly sweet strawberry bread!
You’ll need to butter and flour two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans and it’s baked in the oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 to 50 minutes. Watch the video to watch how to make the bread. It’s perfect for dessert with a dollop of whipped cream or for a nice breakfast treat with a spoonful of yogurt.
