This curious Golden Retriever takes a lick of lemon and isn’t sure what to make of it. Scrunching his face, he does an adorable “hoppy” dance after experiencing the unfamiliar flavor for the first time!
Note: According to the ASPCA’s website, it is the citrus plant that is toxic to dogs and not the fruit. The ASPCA Ask an Expert states a few lemon seeds or a piece of citrus won’t hurt your dog, but it should be noted that ingesting oranges, lemons and limes can cause them an upset stomach.
