18-year-old Julian Hernandez was trying to apply for Brandon Falls college when he discovered he’s been a missing person for 13 years! It turns out that the teen was reported missing by his mother in Alabama after he was abducted by his father. Julian was 5 years old at the time. Julian ran into problems with his application when his Social Security Number didn’t match his name, CNN affiliate WVTM reported. When he and his school counselor tried to figure out why they found out he was on the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children database.
Authorities have said that Julian’s mother and family were notified of his recovery and that his father Bobby Hernandez has been arrested. Watch the rest of this incredible news story below.
