After coming to a stop along a busy road in London, England, Pawel O decided to look into what was causing the standstill. He noticed a woman sitting in the middle of the road, and when he approached her he quickly realized she was attempting to strangle herself! His helmet camera captured the traumatic ordeal.

I’m so glad that Pawel and the other man stepped forward to help. Once Pawel learns the other person attending to the woman has first aid training and that an ambulance is on its way, he decides it’s safe to go. I thought Pawel and the man did a fantastic job in a very difficult situation. Pawel’s actions no doubt saved the woman’s life!
