Hope For Paws received a call from a concerned citizen about a large dog roaming around the railroad tracks in LA. When Eldad Hagar and Jacquline Artecona went to look they spotted an Old English Sheepdog wandering on the streets. The poor dog couldn’t see because of her overgrown hair, but as it turns out this made Eldad’s job much easier!
