Krystof Wlodarczyk was out for his morning run with his son in the woods near their home in Konin, Poland, when they encountered a trapped Mouflon. The wild sheep had somehow gotten his large twisted horns entangled in a tree. The animal had obviously been trapped for some time because the dirt around the tree was thoroughly trampled down.
Wlodarczyk quickly sprang into action to help free the panicked animal while his son filmed his heroic deed.
Wow! I don’t know if I’d be brave enough to grab hold of a horn like he did! But that Mouflon is one lucky sheep!
