When a senior dog named Chico loses consciousness and his heart literally stops in his devastated owner’s arms, veterinarians needs to act fast to try to save his life. This emotional behind-the-scenes video, shows Chico being rushed into the emergency room and Dr. Jeff and his team at Planned Pethood Plus set to work to revive Chico and get his heart working again. It’s scary to witness, but I’m grateful there are people like Dr. Jeff helping pet parents like he does!
Sadly, Chico passed away several days later in his sleep at Dr. Jeff’s clinic. However, thanks to Dr. Jeff’s incredible efforts, Chico rallied long enough to say goodbye to his humans and give them closure.
