This true mystery story is so miraculous it gives me goosebumps. On August 4, 2013, 19-year-old Katie Lentz was driving in Missouri when she was hit by a drunk driver.
She was trapped inside her car and firefighters were trying in vain to free her from the wrecked vehicle. They were falling into despair and running out of options on how to get her out. After several failed attempts, Katie requested for everyone to pray out loud. While they were doing so, a man appeared. He was wearing a priest’s collar and carrying a bottle of anointing oil. He asked if he could pray with them and if he could anoint Katie in the car.
He did and rescuers said that Katie immediately became calmer than she was before. The rescuers also recalled hearing him say that their tools would now work and she would be freed. And shortly after they did! They turned to thank the priest, but there was no sign of him. Later, when people examined the 70 photos taken at the scene, the man wasn’t to be seen in any of them!
Known as the “Missouri Miracle”, to this day people do not know who the mysterious guardian angel who appeared at the crash site is, or if he truly was an angel!
