While this family was walking by the local turtle pond, the two kids discovered a turtle in need of help. They were peeking down a storm drain when they spotted the amphibian stuck inside.
They ran and told their parents and dad jumped into action to help the poor trapped turtle. He went home to grab a net to fish it out with, while mom recorded the rescue!
Once the turtle was freed the whole family returned it to the water.
I’m sure the small turtle was grateful for the kindness.
Watching this family lend a helping hand to an animal in trouble is a heartwarming example of compassion in action!
