After New York City Subway announced that it was implementing policies to ban large dogs from the subway system, some pet parents decided to come up with creative solutions to make it work.
Although the rule states that dogs must fit into a bag to be permitted to travel in the subway system, it seems that some dogs (and their humans) are making it work with carry-on bags and backpacks!
