Louie has it in his heart to say hello to any creature that walks across his path, or swims, as what happens in this particular instance. When the dog sees a pod of dolphins swimming by, Louie runs to the shore and excitedly wags his tail and barks. swims out to greet them. The dolphins continue on their route and let the funny fur animal join their group and one even circles around him before they continue out to of the harbor.
