Hope For Paws was alerted that 5-day-old puppies were found by neighborhood kids at a construction site. They thought they were doing the right thing by taking the puppies home, not realizing their stray mother was away looking for food.
The children tried bottle feeding the puppies for 2 days, but agreed to return the puppies to Hope For Paws so they could try and find their mother. Fortunately, the mom did return but she was very protective and suspicious of the rescuers when she first saw them. But just watch what happens when the entire family is back together again!
“I am so thankful to the kids who did the right thing and brought the puppies back so this Hope For Paws team could rescue everybody,” says Eldad.
Now a few weeks later, mama and her puppies will be soon available for adoption through the California based rescue muchlove.org.
