Hope For Paws received a call about a homeless dog living under a house and had been hanging around for about a month. Eldad Hagar soon has the scraggly Cocker Spaniel ensnared and it’s obvious the dog is starving as he quickly devours the cheeseburger Lisa Arturo offers him.
It’s hard not to feel something when Amos’ sad eyes stare back at them, as if he’s in shock that someone has come to help him. And when Lisa visits him shortly afterwards, and asks for his paw (at 3:22), he simply leans in for a hug. Awwww.
Amos is now in foster care with Add To Your Family Adopt Animal Rescue Team, who says the 5-year-old dog is a “love bug who adores everyone he meets”. He’s also great with children and walks like a dream on leash. Such a sweet dog deserves a loving home!
