Hope For Paws received a call about a severely matted Maltese living on the streets. Her normally white fur was grey with dirt and matted clumps hung from her muzzle. With some gentle coaxing and patience, Violet eventually ends up in the safe arms of Eldad Hagar and Lisa Chiarelli.
Violet was covered in ticks and fleas and much more sick than they originally thought. She had to stay in hospital for a while to be treated for anemia and dehydration. But wait until you see her a short time later in her foster home!
