Kyza is a 9-month-old German Shepherd who is often misjudged by folks in the neighborhood. “He always gets overlooked as a dangerous or unapproachable dog. Maybe ’cause he’s big, I am not sure,” writes his human, Michael.
While Kyza very rarely barks or growls, he does have one friend who goes out of his way to make Kyza feel happy. That man is Steve the mailman. “Everyday whether or not we have mail this mailman always stops to see my dog,” says Michael. “This guy always makes an effort to get off his bike to give him a hug and a pat!”
He didn’t know Steve’s name before taking the hidden camera video, which is going viral, but after posting it the two connected.
“I’m not sure who to tag on Facebook for him to see this!” Michael wrote on Facebook, before connecting with Steve. “But thanks man, keep up the good job and you’ve definitely got a friend waiting for ya!!”
