Kelly Clarkson proves that she can literally sing anything while carpooling with James Corden. As the two sing her classics and new music, James also arranges for Kelly to have an impromptu “date night” with her husband!
During their ride, James tells Kelly that she has a voice that can literally sing anything, and then asks her sing about shopping receipts to which she hilariously responds.
He then asks Kelly about her husband and if the two get enough time together and she answers, ““It’s difficult because I work a lot and I’m a mom but we try.”
That’s when James proposes a “date night” for the two. “Is this intervention?” Clarkson jokes, before being surprised by her husband with sparkling apple cider, a rose, chocolate covered strawberries and a violinist in the backseat of the car.
The date night leads to many more laughs as Corden plays chauffeur for the couple.
