When Hope for Paws received a text saying that there was a wolf walking down the streets of Los Angeles they drove out to the neighborhood where the animal was spotted. When they first saw Julia, they were unsure if she was a dog or a wolf-hybrid but they knew from her appearance she needed a lot of love, attention and medical care. She was just a skeleton with nails so long that it hurt her to walk. She was riddled with mange and bacterial infections and in very poor shape. It was obvious her body needed time to heal.
Watch her amazing recovery and her happy ending! And for the record, Julia was far from a wild animal or a wolf-hybrid. She turns out to be a German Shepherd / Siberian Husky mix!
