When David Lichman takes his horses to the beach, they are in for a day of training and fun. The horses are bridleless and without any restraints and yet they let David ride bareback as they run on miles of open beach at Pt. Reyes, California.
As you’ll see David is training the horses in their gait and how to sit and roll in the sand among other exercises. Lichman is a 5-star Parelli Natural Horsemanship instructor, which focuses on the study of horse behavior and horsemanship skills.
It’s beautiful to see the connection he has with his horses and freedom they have with him.
