90-Year-Old Widow With Nowhere Left To Turn Gets Help From Good Samaritans

After a relative used 90-year-old Agnes’ home as a dumping ground for debris and trash for years, Agnes was facing an awful challenge all on her own. Her neighbors had complained and the city threatened to charge her up to $2,500 a day if the horrible mess wasn’t cleaned up. She asked her relative for help, but he refused to take away his junk!

Barely able to walk, Agnes had no hope of getting the job done. In one last attempt at getting help, she called Operation Blessing, a nonprofit that agreed to help her. They gathered a group of volunteers who came to clean up the junk in her yard.

While they were there, they also repaired her failing roof and improved her garden. But that wasn’t all. They asked her what was the one thing she really wanted and she answered an air conditioner. Watch what her “little angels” ended up doing for her…it will touch your heart as much as it did Agnes’!

I’m so glad Agnes found these wonderful Good Samaritans to help her in her time of need! Share this heartwarming story with your family and friends!

Agnes story reminds me of Gerry’s. The elderly woman had a warrant for her arrest for not mowing her lawn until she got a helping hand. You can read her story here.
