Firefighters Work To Free German Shepherd Dog From Tight Spot

Firefighters are usually the first to get a call when a family’s pet gets into trouble. Sometimes it’s when a cat gets stuck in a tree, sometimes it’s when a dog stuck in a tree! On this particular occasion, the West Sacramento Fire Department answered the call to help a dog who somehow managed to get his head stuck in the bottom of a fence. “Engine 44 arrived on scene to find this German Shepherd in a tight spot,” reads the West Sacramento Fire Department’s video’s caption.

Watch as this crew calmly rescue the stuck dog. Please note, it may take a few seconds for the video to load.

Thankfully, the dog was okay after his ordeal. They wrote, “Crews were happy to report there were no injuries and the dog is happy and healthy.”
